Our Reformer Pilates Classes



Reformer - Foundation

Our Reformer Foundation class is the best place to start for those that are brand new to reformer Pilates, those who are getting back into exercise following an injury or other reason, and for older adults that are seeking an exercise method that works for them. This class has been thoughtfully designed with an integration of flowing (yet challenging) exercises and movements at a controlled pace, with slightly slower transitions between exercises, through clear instruction and guidance from your instructor. This class style will aim to improve your strength, body awareness, balance and mobility - leaving you feeling more connected to your body and empowered in your own practice.

Class size - 4 people maximum.
Class length - 50 mins

This is a true beginner class - with layers, modifications and progressions offered for everyone to work at their own level.
This class provides the opportunity to build a solid foundation before progressing to our Reformer Align classes (when/if ready).

Reformer - Align

Our Reformer Align class is a head-to-toe, mind & body reformer workout, aimed to promote balanced muscle development, enhance stability and alignment. Integration of small props will add variety and compliment the carefully crafted and dynamic reformer exercises. A strong focus on form and technique will be maintained throughout the class to ensure you are getting the most out of the movements. Our Align class is open to all levels, with layers and options offered to increase/decrease the intensity of movements to meet different abilities and experience levels.

Class size - 4 people maximum.
Class length - 50 mins.

Reformer - Align PLUS

Reformer - Private

If you would like to start with a private session before joining our group classes, we offer opportunities for Private Reformer classes, whether that be 1:1 or duo (2:1). We can also accommodate private group classes (of up to 4 people), whether that be for a special event or a fun activity with a group of family members/friends/colleagues.
